We are a non profit making association named Labytourisme; it was created in 1998 when the Junior Chamber International of Durbuy (JCI) initiator of the Labyrinthus project (to become Le Labyrinthe in 2002) decided to pass it on.
Fabienne Delvaux and Jean-Luc Arendt, directors of the Jaycee project, wished to perpetuate the concept. That is when they founded Labytourisme. Founding members but also administrators in charge of the daily management and organisation of each season, they head throughout the year a 3-person team which, comes summer, grows to over one hundred staff for Belgium and Quebec.
Labytourisme, who manages the Le Labyrinthe project (formerly named Labyrinthus), has as its main goal the organisation of cultural, social, agricultural and tourist events, as well in Belgium as abroad.
